After our initial meeting, timeline has been created, and your engagement photos have been delivered, you won’t hear much from me until we get closer to your wedding day. But during this time please know of my prayers and support throughout your engagement and preparation. Hopefully this guide can be a helpful tool as you’re planning all the details of your wedding day. Please know you can reach out at any time with questions, updates, or if you need ideas for timeline edits, vendor recommendations, or anything else that comes to mind. I know this time can get overwhelming so please let me be a resource for you.

Planning Phase

About 4 weeks before your wedding I will reach out to finalize your timeline, confirm details, addresses, contact info, all that fun stuff! If you’d like to meet to talk through all these things we will get that scheduled and will make sure everything is set for a smooth, joy-filled, beautiful day. Once everything is confirmed I’ll send over your final timeline and update your final invoice based on your chosen coverage. Your remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day.

Getting Closer!

You’ve made it. The day you’ve been waiting for. You get to soak it all in. I’ve got the rest. I’ll be with you throughout the day — capturing each moment, keeping us on track, supporting your families, and making sure everything feels joyful and calm.

Wedding Day

You can expect some fun sneak peeks the week after your wedding! Then, 8–12 weeks later, your full gallery will arrive in your inbox — ready to download, print, share, and treasure for years and years to come. Once delivered, they are yours to enjoy but please know you are always in my prayers throughout your marriage. This role is so amazing and unique that even after your wedding day, I absolutely love continuing to be a part of my couples’ lives. I love photographing newborns and families and getting to be a part of my couples’ lives even after the wedding day and watching their lives and families grow is an extra special treat.
